Terms of Service

The service

Agent Polo provides a catalog of hosted AI agents. Some agents generate text content from information you provide; others, where you explicitly connect a Google, Instagram, or TikTok account, can take actions on your behalf such as sending an email, importing calendar events, or publishing a scheduled post. Every account starts with a small amount of free usage credit; there is no paid plan at this time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Agent Polo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when signing in and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Credits and usage

Running an agent deducts a flat fee from your account's free credit balance. If your balance is insufficient, the run will not proceed. We may introduce paid plans or the ability to purchase additional credit in the future; if we do, these Terms will be updated and you will be notified before any charge is introduced. Unused free credit has no cash value and is not transferable.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to others — agent output can be inaccurate or inappropriate for your use case, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Agents that connect to your Google account will only send email or access calendar data you have explicitly requested or approved; nothing sends automatically without your confirmation, whether that confirmation happens in the dashboard or by replying YES to a text message.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Agent Polo to:

• Generate or send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, harassment, or phishing content.
• Generate unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit checks, or other technical restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell access to the service without our written permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the SMS/texting feature to contact a phone number that is not your own or that you do not have the right to use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice.

SMS / text messaging program

If you connect a phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Agent Polo related to that feature, including a one-time verification code and replies to texts you send us (e.g. an email-send confirmation or a calendar summary). Message frequency depends entirely on your own use of the feature. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full detail on what data this feature collects and how it is used is in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Agent Polo integrates with third-party services including Google, Twilio, Meta (Instagram), and TikTok. Connecting any of these accounts also makes you subject to that provider's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, and a third-party outage or policy change may affect the availability of related features in Agent Polo.

Intellectual property

We own Agent Polo's software, design, and agent system prompts. As between you and us, you retain ownership of the information you input into an agent and the output it generates for you, and you're responsible for how you use that output. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

Agent Polo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI- generated output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lino Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of Agent Polo. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lino Technologies LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

You may stop using Agent Polo and disconnect any connected accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Agent Polo will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product develops. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
