What we collect
When you run an agent, the information you enter into the form is sent to our AI provider (currently OpenAI) to generate a response. We log a hashed identifier derived from your IP address, the agent used, and whether the run succeeded, in order to prevent abuse of the service. We do not store the content of your inputs or outputs beyond what is needed to serve your request.
Google account access
If you choose to connect a Google account, we request only two narrow permissions: gmail.send (the ability to send messages you explicitly authorize — we cannot read your inbox or contacts) and calendar.readonly (read-only access to view your upcoming events — we cannot create, edit, or delete anything on your calendar). Your Google access token is stored encrypted and used only for the actions you explicitly request; we do not share it with any third party.
How we use information
Solely to operate the service: generating agent responses, sending emails you explicitly request, and preventing abuse through rate limiting.
